Equipping Leaders

Leadership Programs

bet356 offers multiple opportunities for students to develop leadership skills. Through clubs, sports, and fine arts activities, students learn how they can be leaders using the talents God has given them.

To further those skill sets, high school students can apply to participate in two different bet356 programs: bet356's Chick-fil-a Leader Academy for 9th and 10th graders and bet356's Project LEAD for 11th and 12th graders. These programs teach students how to develop, implement, and lead service projects that impact their communities.

9th & 10th Grade Leadership

Chick-fil-a Leader Academy

bet356 9th and 10th graders begin to develop their leadership skills, based on the ideas of service leadership. Through monthly Leadership Labs, students gain an understanding of what it means to be a godly leader. Together, they participate in a service project in the fall and spring. Students who are interested in participating in the Chick-fil-a Leader Academy must apply in the summer before their ninth or tenth grade year.

Project LEAD

bet356’s Project LEAD culminates years of service and leadership as students prepare to be leaders on their college campus. Students develop, promote, and organize outreach projects that impact their communities.

Previous service projects include:

  • blood drives
  • clothing drives
  • athletic and robotics camps for kids
  • community outreach opportunities

In the end, students are well prepared to manage, lead, and find innovative solutions to community needs. Students who are interested in participating must apply before their 11th or 12th grade year.
