Tuition

• 3K Pre-Kindergarten (Half Day)—$ 5,400 per year ($ 450 per month for 12 months)
• PK Pre-Kindergarten (Half Day)— $5,400 per year ($450 per month for 12 months)
• PK Pre-Kindergarten (Full Day)—$8,820 per year ($735 per month for 12 months)
• Kindergarten (Half Day)—$7,440 per year ($620 per month for 12 months)
• Kindergarten (Full Day)—$10,730 per year ($894.17 per month for 12 months)
• Grades 1-4—$17,100 per year ($1425 per month for 12 months)
• Grade 5—$17,230 per year ($1435.83 per month for 12 months)
• Grade 6—$17,650 per year ($1470.83 per month for 12 months)
• Grades 7-8— $17,760 per year ($1480 per month for 12 months)
• Grades 9-12— $18,435 per year ($1536.25 per month for 12 months)

Annual Technology Fee

• 3K, Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten – $300 per year ($25 per month for 12 months)
• Grades 1-4 – $450 per year ($37.50 per month for 12 months)
• Grades 5-12 – $600 per year ($50 per month for 12 months)

A family who enrolls/re-enrolls their child(ren) for the academic year commits to pay tuition and technology fees in accordance with the following schedule. (Dates based on the year of enrollment/re-enrollment)

Based on date of withdrawal
March 1 – May 31: 10% of annual tuition and technology fee
June 1 – Day before 1st day of school: 25% of annual tuition and technology fee
Start of school – End of 1st quarter: 40% of annual tuition and technology fee
1st day of 2nd quarter – End of 2nd quarter: 75% of annual tuition and technology fee
1st day of 3rd quarter – End of school year: 100% of annual tuition and technology fee

Exceptions to the withdrawal policy

• If a family is required to move more than sixty (60) miles from the bet356 campus, the family’s financial responsibility for the payment of tuition and fees may be reduced. Such a request should be submitted, accompanied by documented proof of requirement to move, via email or letter to the Business Office. Email to Kay Sexton at terri.newberry@poggiomurella.net.
• If a family applies for bet356 tuition assistance and does not receive a sufficient award amount, the family’s financial responsibility for the payment of tuition and fees may be reduced, presuming that the family applies for assistance within the published target dates, and the family notifies the bet356 business office of the decision to withdraw within ten (10) days after the award notification.
• Withdrawals for any other reason do not warrant a reduction in the family’s annual tuition/fee expectation.

• Literature Books (excluding Summer Reading)
• Lab Equipment & Supplies
• Most expenses related to extracurricular activities
• Most expenses for class and club activities
• Student Admission to all regular season athletic events and fine arts events

• Select field trips
• Select class supplies in upper school that will then be owned by the student (i.e. calculator)
• Instructional Support Department services (if needed)
• Dining
• Select club dues and class events

bet356 does not offer scholarships.

The enrollment deposit is $400 (first child) and $200 (each additional child)

The enrollment deposit is a non-refundable prepayment of the tuition for the academic year in which your child is enrolling and holds a place at bet356 for your child.  The enrollment deposit is due within ten days of your child’s acceptance to bet356.

A 529 plan is a tax-advantage savings plan, authorized by the IRS, designed to help pay for education. It’s available to any citizen or taxpayer, and just about anyone can help contribute to the plan, including grandparents, other family members and friends.

A 529 savings plan can help you save more of your education-earmarked money over time. Any earnings grow free from federal tax, and many states offer a state income tax deduction or tax credit for contributions.  In the State of Georgia, contributions are deductible up to $8,000 per year per beneficiary for joint filers, and $4,000 per year per beneficiary for all others.  Qualified withdrawals are not subject to Georgia income tax.  Non-qualified withdrawals may be subject income tax.  You should consult a qualified advisor about how withdrawals may affect your circumstances.
